Social activities

Will you be attending the welcome cocktail?

There is no additional cost for the welcome cocktail, but we would like to know the approximate number of people attending in order to meet our social commitment not to waste food. Therefore, if you do not plan to attend, we would be grateful if you could indicate this on your registration form.

The gala dinner will be held on Thursday 4 September at 20h.

Do you have any dietary restrictions/allergies? We will try to accommodate dietary needs as far as possible.

For cancellations or changes of name shall be contacted by email to the Technical Secretariat: Reunions i Ciencia (ecdv2025@gruporic.com)

- Up to 90 days before the event the total payment will be refunded except for 60 euros charged as administration fee

- Between 89 to 30 days before of the event the refunded will be 50% of the total contribution except for 60 euros charged as administration fee

- From 29 days on, cancellations will not be entitled to a refund, but name changes will be accepted up to 15 days before the event. Name changes will be charged a fee of € 20 per registration

- All refunds will be made after the conference celebration

- Requests submitted after this period will not be considered
